Two centuries later, the house was purchased by a songwriter, father of a French pop star who won Eurovision song in 65! Today, it is a gallery-style guest rooms with artistic workshops (ochre painting, makeup workshops, land art...). House for a family of nine people or friends. This naturehouse is at the border of the village of Pourrain between Toucy and Auxerre in the Yonne. In the heart of the country of the writer Colette, it is surrounded by green countryside, ponds and charming villages, the castles of Guedelon, Saint-Fargeau, Ratilly, Vezelay and the vineyards of Chablis, Irancy, Sancerre... The ocher quarry on the site is covered with an enchanting forest. It is a heritage park of 1,5 hectare to rest on a bench or hammock with a glass of wine. The plaiting hedges consist of dead branches, thorns and bushes to hug the hedgehogs. It is still an undeveloped park with old woods, fruit trees, oaks, chestnuts, hazels, boxwoods and pine trees. Its a wild grass meadow with a mossy tennis court hosts for theater shows and concerts. The blue tits and green peaks whistle the day and the bats dance as soon as it gets dark.
